Al Fitch is a Senior Director at IEQ Capital, where she leads strategic initiatives to strengthen operations and support the client and advisor experience. She focuses on strategic planning, project management, and organizational improvements that help client-facing teams deliver with consistency, efficiency, and excellence. Ms. Fitch brings nearly two decades of experience in financial services and wealth management.
Before joining IEQ, Ms. Fitch was Vice President at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, where she drove product development, strategic advisory, and data optimization for short-term liquidity and bank products. Previously, she spent five years on the Private Wealth Management Banking team at First Republic Bank, where she built and led a team dedicated to enhancing banking relationships and improving operational processes. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Goldman Sachs, supporting ultra-high-net-worth families and institutions, and at Cambridge Associates, advising on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk analysis.
Ms. Fitch earned her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Scripps College, where she was also a member of the rugby team.
She lives in San Francisco, California with her partner and enjoys workout classes, snowboarding, dancing, and exploring the Bay Area’s food, culture, and outdoor activities.
