Alex Brugger is a Managing Director of IEQ Capital and he has provided investment advice to wealthy families, venture partners, and institutional investors for nearly a decade.
Mr. Brugger began his career in 2015 working in operations at First Republic Investment Management, where he supported investment process, portfolio administration, and client service infrastructure. In 2018, he transitioned to a client-facing role within First Republic, working directly with high-net-worth families on investment strategy and broader wealth planning considerations. In 2019, Mr. Brugger joined IEQ Capital, where he contributed to the firm’s early growth while continuing to advise clients on bespoke investment solutions aligned with their long-term objectives.
Mr. Brugger holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
He currently resides in Woodside, California with his family.
