Andrea Bott is the Senior Director of Business Development at IEQ Capital, where she partners closely with senior leadership to implement the firm’s strategic vision. In her role, Ms. Bott oversees a team focused on data and reporting, strategy and research, and lead generation to drive new business initiatives and support the continued growth of IEQ Advisors and the firm.
Before joining IEQ Capital, Ms. Bott spent three years as the Business Development Manager at Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, where she supported over 200 Advisors across the Central U.S. and West Coast markets. She led field sales support teams and played a key role in driving revenue growth by executing strategic and tactical initiatives, offering ongoing management coaching, sharing proactive growth ideas with Advisors, and coordinating efforts across local, regional, and national programs. Prior to that, Ms. Bott spent eight years at Fisher Investments in various business development roles, where she built and nurtured strong relationships with private and institutional clients to drive asset growth and support retention.
Ms. Bott earned her B.S. in Health Sciences from San Jose State University, where she also excelled as a member of the university’s softball team.
