Bhavika Booragadda is a Senior Director of Research at IEQ Capital, where she oversees investment operations, client operations, and investment risk management for the firm.
Ms. Booragadda began her career working alongside IEQ Capital’s Founding Partners at First Republic Bank on the Research team. In that role, she was responsible for sourcing and conducting due diligence on new investment opportunities, in addition to monitoring the firm’s portfolio of alternative investments. Her work included evaluating private credit, private equity, venture capital, hedge fund, and real estate strategies, as well as monitoring the firm’s existing portfolio of managers and funds. She developed deep experience in reviewing fund structures, assessing investment managers, and analyzing performance and risk, which continues to inform her perspective in overseeing investment and operational functions at IEQ today.
Ms. Booragadda serves as the chair of IEQ’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee.
Ms. Booragadda earned her bachelor’s degree with honors in Mathematics and Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Originally from India, she now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area with her husband. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball and traveling.
