Deborah Rumbo is a Director at IEQ Capital on the Family Office team. Bringing over a decade of experience to her role, she serves as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families, aiming to optimize multiple aspects of clients’ wealth across business operations, lifestyle, philanthropy, and legacy. She partners with clients and their advisors to design and maintain a structure that supports each family’s unique vision and values.
Prior to joining IEQ, Ms. Rumbo was Founder and Principal of OMNST Advisory, a boutique strategic advisory and operating platform serving ultra-high-net-worth families, mission-driven founders, and investment platforms. As a fractional COO, operating partner, and governance strategist, she routinely led strategic projects and built customized operational and governance solutions tailored to each client. She also managed relationships with vendors and trusted partners across private capital, family offices, and early-stage ventures.
In 2025, Ms. Rumbo was named to Blueprint Capital Advisors’ Power100 Allocators list, which recognizes leading allocators and decision-makers across family offices, endowments, foundations, and other institutional investors.
Ms. Rumbo earned her Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science, Philosophy, and Law from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
