Derek Jensen is a Senior Director on the Finance team at IEQ Capital, bringing over a decade of experience to his role.
Prior to joining IEQ, Mr. Jensen held the title of Vice President of Finance at EPIQ Capital Group, where he oversaw the finance, accounting, human resources, and back-office operations departments. Previously, he specialized in finance due diligence at KPMG’s Deal Advisory Practice. In that role, he advised both private equity and strategic buyers on a range of buy-side and sell-side transactions. Mr. Jensen began his career in public accounting, where he led audit engagements for private and public companies.
Mr. Jensen holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.
