Frank Hurley is a Managing Director at IEQ Capital and leads the firm’s advisor partnerships and inorganic growth initiatives. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the wealth management industry, he works closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and strategic investments which align with IEQ’s mission to provide highly personalized, fiduciary-driven wealth management solutions. His efforts support the continued expansion of the firm’s national foot print and capabilities.
Mr. Hurley began his career in Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Securities Group as a Fixed Income salesperson. Following that experience in markets he pivoted to wealth management to become the Business Development Manager for Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in New York City. In 2022 he joined UBS, where he went on to serve in a variety of leadership roles, including Associate Market Executive in New York and most recently Market Director in Florida.
Mr. Hurley earned his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, where he majored in Economics and was a member of the D1 lacrosse team before turning his focus to finance. He also earned his MBA from Columbia Business School.
He is married to his college sweetheart and is the proud father of three girls. Mr. Hurley resides in Long Island, NY where he enjoys golf, tennis, as well as coaching his daughters’ sports teams in his free time.
