Kim Stolz is a Senior Managing Director at IEQ Capital, where she works with ultra-high-net-worth clients on investment strategy, wealth management, and long-term planning. Drawing on experience across investment banking, derivatives, capital markets, and private wealth management, she helps clients navigate complex financial decisions through an integrated investment and planning approach. Ms. Stolz plays a key role in expanding IEQ Capital’s presence across the East Coast.
Prior to joining IEQ, Ms. Stolz served as a Managing Director and Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank, advising high-net-worth families, endowments, foundations, and nonprofit organizations on investment management, trust and estate planning, and charitable giving strategies. Before transitioning to the Private Bank, she held several leadership positions within Bank of America’s Global Markets division, including Head of Americas Prime Brokerage Sales in New York, Head of Equity Derivative Hedge Fund Sales in London, and Director of Equity Derivatives Sales in New York. Earlier in her career, she held senior Equity Derivatives Sales roles at Citigroup and BTIG, building experience across global markets, capital markets solutions, and institutional client advisory. Throughout her career, Ms. Stolz has worked with financial professionals, real estate investors, asset management and insurance executives, art collectors, and arts and entertainment professionals. Prior to entering financial services, she spent four years as a television presenter and news anchor with MTV Networks.
Committed to diversity and inclusion, Ms. Stolz has supported LGBTQ+ awareness throughout her career. In 2015, she served as a keynote speaker at the Out for Undergrad Business Conference, attended by more than 500 graduates.
Ms. Stolz earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government, graduating with honors, from Wesleyan University. A Manhattan native, she is a graduate of The Brearley School and former member of its Alumnae Board. She is based in New York and spends notable time across the Hamptons and Florida.
