Kyle Wills is a Director at IEQ Capital, advising ultra-high-net-worth families, individuals, and institutional investors on investment strategy, family office needs, and financial and liquidity modeling. Bringing nearly a decade of experience to his role, Mr. Wills works closely with founders, executives, and insiders on equity sales planning, including strategies for restricted stock, options, and Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS). He has experience across U.S., international, and emerging markets equities, as well as portfolio construction spanning private equity, real estate, opportunistic and private credit, and cryptocurrency exposures.

In addition, Mr. Wills contributes to the firm’s due diligence and manager selection process for new private market opportunities, assessing risk and alignment with client and firm objectives. He is also a member of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Committee, evaluating use cases and integration opportunities to enhance both internal processes and client outcomes.

Prior to joining IEQ Capital, Mr. Wills began his career in wealth management in various advisory roles with firms including North Star Resource Group, an independent advisory firm in his hometown of San Diego, California.

Mr. Wills is an active volunteer within his community and the American Lung Association.

Mr. Wills holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biopsychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, California.
