Prior to joining IEQ Capital, Ms. Hoffman was an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Houston, where she built a reputation as a trusted advisor. She was known for connecting clients to the firm’s global capabilities and delivering sophisticated strategies designed to support their evolving financial needs.
Ms. Hoffman earned her MBA from the University of Connecticut and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Eastern Connecticut State University. She is also an alumna of the The Fund for American Studies Program.
Originally from Connecticut, Ms. Hoffman moved to Texas nearly a decade ago and now resides in Houston with her husband, Chris, and their three children. She is an active member of the St. John Vianney Parish, a local youth sports coach and a committed advocate of mental health awareness for law enforcement officers.
