Lauren Garner is a Managing Director at IEQ Capital, where she brings over two decades of industry experience. She serves as a key leadership figure in the firm’s Los Angeles office, working closely with clients to deliver bespoke investment strategies, thoughtful access to private and public markets, and comprehensive wealth planning solutions.
Prior to joining IEQ Capital, Ms. Garner served as Chief Investment Officer at Mozaic LLC, a multi-family office based in Beverly Hills, CA, where she led a team overseeing client portfolios and investment research. Her approach is grounded in endowment-style asset allocation and aims to integrate tax efficiency and generational planning consideration for families.
Before Mozaic, Ms. Garner held senior roles at Pritzker Group and Perella Weinberg Partners Agility, advising family office and endowment and foundation clients on asset allocation and investment selection. Earlier in her career, she worked at GoldenTree Asset Management and Tudor Investment Corporation, managing strategies across hedge funds, credit, and private capital, and at Morgan Stanley in investment banking. Her experience spans portfolio construction, investment diligence, and servicing a wide range of family office needs, with a consistent focus on long-term risk-adjusted outcomes.
Ms. Garner sits on the Executive Board of the Viewpoint School Service Association. She is also engaged in additional philanthropic efforts with the National League of Young Men and is a former Investment Committee member of JEWISHcolorado.
Ms. Garner holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research and Financial Engineering , magna cum laude, from Princeton University. She is a member of the Princeton Club of Southern California and is actively involved in alumni affairs.
