Matt Mitsvotai is a Director at IEQ Capital, where he oversees the CRM system as a key member of the Technology, Systems, and Analytics team. In his role, he leads system optimization projects, addresses operational cases, manages platform integrations, and implements automation to streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring efficient and seamless daily operations.
Before joining IEQ Capital, Mr. Mitsvotai served as a Consultant and Project Manager, specializing in solution design for clients in the financial industry. In this capacity, he implemented customer and data management solutions and optimized business processes to drive operational excellence.
Mr. Mitsvotai holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology from Brigham Young University and is accredited in Financial Services Cloud.
He resides in St. George, Utah, with his wife and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and mountain biking.
