Michael Lieberman is a Managing Director at IEQ Capital and Head of Platform, where he focuses on scaling infrastructure, integrating technology, and building processes that enhance efficiency across the firm.
He previously served as Partner, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at IEQ Capital, where he helped lead the firm’s successful launch. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President at First Republic Bank, overseeing client lifecycle management initiatives and serving as co-COO of the Luminous Capital team. Mr. Lieberman also held senior leadership roles at Compound Planning, a technology-driven wealth management platform.
In addition to his professional work, Mr. Lieberman serves on the Board of Directors of Openhouse, a San Francisco nonprofit dedicated to supporting LGBTQ+ older adults through housing, social services, and community programs.
Mr. Lieberman earned his undergraduate degree from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
He lives in Tiburon, California with his family and their dog, Kiara.
