Natasha Young serves as a Senior Director at IEQ Capital, where she plays a key role in supporting the expansion of the Family Office team. Ms. Young brings over a decade of experience in the family office space, where she delivers personalized concierge services to high-net-worth families.

Prior to joining IEQ Capital, Ms. Young served as an Associate Director at EPIQ Capital Group, specializing in Family Office services. Mrs. Young began her career working for private trust companies where she gained experience in trust and estate planning, enabling her to provide clients with thoughtful and tailored solutions, aiming to preserve and transfer wealth across generations.

Mrs. Young graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Nevada, Reno. She has also earned a Certified Trust & Financial Advisor® (CTFA).

Mrs. Young currently lives in Reno, Nevada with her husband and daughter.
