Navedika Sarup is an Director at IEQ Capital, where she supports the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer on a broad range of compliance and regulatory matters. With a decade of experience in the financial services industry, she focuses on regulatory filings, Code of Ethics administration, and the ongoing enhancement of the firm’s compliance program.
Before joining IEQ Capital, Ms. Sarup built a foundation in legal and regulatory operations. She began her career as a Paralegal at Partner Fund Management, where she spent five years supporting the firm’s investment and legal teams. She later joined Greyline Partners, a compliance consulting firm, advising investment advisers and private fund managers on regulatory and operational best practices. In 2021, she transitioned to Engine No. 1, working alongside the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to oversee day-to-day compliance activities and strengthen internal controls.
Ms. Sarup holds a Bachelor of Science in Justice Studies from San Jose State University and her Paralegal Certificate.
