Patrick Barrett is a Director at IEQ Capital, where he leads the vision and strategy for the firm’s Salesforce platform. In this role, Mr. Barrett partners with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, enhance data integrity, and deliver meaningful insights through reporting and integrations that align with business objectives.

Prior to joining IEQ, Mr. Barrett held the role of Salesforce Platform Administrator and Project Manager at LightForce, where he defined and executed platform roadmaps and guided internal teams toward scalable solutions. Previously, he was the Salesforce Administrator for Talent Stacker. There he led trainings, in-depth studies on best practices, and implementing platform enhancements. Additionally, he taught Technology and Engineering to high school students, overing a  curriculum including topics in web design, object-oriented programming, and SQL. Mr. Barrett began his career serving in the United States Marine Corps, where he was responsible for training, mentoring, and supervising a team of Marines while maintaining aircraft readiness and leading flight operations.

Mr. Barrett earned his Bachelor of Science in Education for Technology and Engineering Education from Central Connecticut State University. He has additionally completed various Salesforce certifications in Platform Administration, Platform App Building, Platform Development, Data Analysis, and more.
