Rachel Elliott is a Director at IEQ Capital, where she advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families on investment strategy and comprehensive wealth planning. In her role, she helps clients navigate complex financial decisions, with a focus in advising on liquidity management, lending strategies, and the integration of investment and planning considerations with each client’s broader financial goals.
Prior to joining IEQ Capital, Ms. Elliott spent several years as a Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank in Houston. In this capacity, she worked closely with clients to develop customized wealth management strategies and banking services. Earlier in her tenure at J.P. Morgan, she served as a Private Bank Mortgage Advisor, advising high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients on tax-efficient real estate financing strategies and custom lending structures designed to address complex liquidity and cash-flow needs. She was also a member of the firm’s Private Bank Mortgage Advisory Council, contributing client-focused insights to guide enhancements to lending products and platform capabilities.
Ms. Elliott earned both a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University.
She is based in Houston, Texas, where she remains active in the community, including involvement with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and charitable initiatives such as the American Cancer Society Cattle Baron’s Ball.
