Tom Glamuzina is a Senior Director at IEQ Capital and serves as the Head of the Inorganic Growth. Bringing nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, he leads the firm’s advisor recruiting strategy and works closely with senior leadership to identify and evaluate growth opportunities that align with IEQ’s mission to provide highly personalized, fiduciary-driven wealth management solutions. His efforts support the continued expansion of the firm’s national footprint and capabilities.
Prior to joining IEQ, he served as Head of Advisor Recruiting at JPMorgan Advisors, where he was responsible for driving the national recruitment strategy across the wealth management division. Previously, Mr. Glamuzina was with First Republic Private Wealth Management, focusing on the recruitment of experienced advisors and teams. Prior to First Republic, Mr. Glamuzina was a Relationship Manager at Dynasty Financial Partners, where he supported the delivery of the Dynasty platform and the growth of independent RIAs across the West Coast. He began his career in the consulting group at Fortigent, a fintech platform serving RIAs focused on high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, advising firms on platform design, performance reporting, and investment strategy.
Mr. Glamuzina earned his bachelor’s degree from Allegheny College, where he majored in Managerial Economics, minored in Mathematics, and was a member of the football team. He now holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA) designations.
