Melody Qu is a Director of IEQ Capital, where she oversees the company’s client-facing operations team, leads learning and development initiatives, and establishes operational best practices and procedures.
Ms. Qu began working at Cambridge Associates, a privately held investment firm providing portfolio management and advisory services. She first joined IEQ Capital in 2019 as an Operations Associate, where she focused on data management and implementing operational enhancements.
Ms. Qu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
Ms. Qu is a Sonoma County, California native and resides in San Mateo, California.
