Melody Qu is a Director at IEQ Capital, where she oversees the Portfolio Operations team, supports learning and development initiatives, and helps implement effective operational practices and procedures.
Ms. Qu began her career at Cambridge Associates, a privately held investment firm specializing in portfolio management and advisory services. She joined IEQ Capital in 2019 as an Operations Associate, focusing on data management and operational enhancements.
Ms. Qu serves on the Fidelity Service Steering Committee, representing the firm to advance the Fidelity Family Office Platform and strengthen collaboration within the Multifamily Office (MFO) community.
Ms. Qu holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Riverside.
Originally from Sonoma County, California, Ms. Qu now resides in San Mateo, California.
