Our Team
Navedika Sarup is an Associate Director at IEQ Capital and has been in the financial industry for nine years. She works with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance officer on compliance and regulatory matters for the firm.
Ms. Sarup began her career as a Paralegal at Partner Fund Management. After five years, she joined Greyline Partners, a compliance consulting firm. Ms. Sarup transitioned to Engine No. 1 in 2021 where she worked closely with the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer to manage the day-to-day compliance activities.
Ms. Sarup holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies from San Jose State University and her Paralegal Certificate.
Ms. Sarup lives in Hayward, California and enjoys creating new food recipes, taking her son on adventures, and traveling with her husband.
