Our Team
Nicole Cole is a Senior Director of Human Capital at IEQ Capital where she is helping grow the IEQ team and implement Human Capital solutions that are aligned with IEQ’s mission and values for both the short-term and the future. She has served as a Human Resource leader in many functions for over 16 years.
Prior to joining IEQ, Ms. Cole was the Global Director of Human Resources for Plug & Play Tech Center where the company grew from less than 100 employees in California to over 500 employees in over 33 countries globally in less than 3 years. Nicole brings vast experience of helping companies grow with balancing both human behavior and business strategy to IEQ.
Ms. Cole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Purdue University.
