Stephanie Tejo is an Associate Director on the Human Capital team at IEQ Capital, where she supports the Head of Human Capital in leading the firm's HR initiatives.
Ms. Tejo began her career in human resources within fast-paced, dynamic industries, where she played a key role in shaping the employee experience and fostering a positive workplace culture. She has worked across a variety of sectors, deepening her knowledge across all key pillars of Human Resources for over a decade.
Ms. Tejo holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
